Martha Miriam's story

Professor Martha S. would like to refinance her fifth loan, in order to invest in home improvements. Martha has been a teacher for 21 years. She has four children, and all of them are in school. Her eldest daughter works in addition to studying full time in order to help her mother cover the family's expenses. They're very poor but in spite of that Martha has been a mother and father to her children, fighting to ensure that their basic needs are met. Martha loves her job, especially helping children learn to read, write, and become better citizens. She's currently studying in her fourth year of university at URACCAN Recinto Nueva Guinea. Martha is grateful for AFODENIC and has used prior credits to buy home appliances, improving her house. Her dream is to own a beautiful home and work so that her children can get ahead.
