Jesusa's story

She is married and a mother of 4 children, 2 of whom are adults with their own families, while the other 2 are students. Her husband works in the fishing industry at the Juli wharf. At the beginning, with a loan of 300 Nuevo Soles, she bought cloth and wool for her embroideries. Currently, she continues to embroider and at the same time works in the fishing industry (trout, silver smelt, etc). She started this activity at the age of 12. With this loan of 700 Nuevo Soles, which will be repaid in 4 months, she will buy cloth, wool as well as nets for fishing. Her wish is to increase her income to be able to purchase a boat.
