Rosario's story

Rosario is 57 years old with seven grown children. She lives in Dulag, Leyte. For two years now, she has been operating a sari-sari (variety) store business. She sell soft drinks, bananas, sausages, chips, bread, chocolate and candies. This business usually earn her 8,000 PHP (Philippines pesos) per month.

Rosario is asking for a loan to increase her inventory. She will use the loan to buy chips, toiletries, detergent, canned goods, sausages, cooking oil, coffee, milk, candies and noodles.

She hopes that with the loan, there will be improvements in her profit. In the future, she hopes to make her business more sustainable.
