A loan of $450 helped to buy fabric of various types and colors.

Teresa's story

Mrs. Teresa Gómez de Rojas is married and lives in her own house. She has a small tailoring shop, which is found in her home. She began with an amount of 500,000 Paraguayan Guarani (approximately US$100), which has increased over the years and nowadays she relies on a broad list of clients, which has allowed her to expand her shop.

Mrs. Teresa Gómez withdraws this loan to acquire more fabric and with it be able to fulfill her clients' orders. One of her aspirations is to be able to expand this business soon, through acquiring more sewing machines, and with that be able to also give jobs to other people that know how to sew, especially for the professional and economic development of young people.
