A loan of $275 helped purchasing banana and coffee plantations.

Antenor's story

Anteno2, 21, is a single man who still lives with his parents. He learned to grow bananas as a young boy, since his parents are farmers. Three years ago he started working independently because he enjoys being outdoors, in contact with nature, and enjoys Bananas have been a profitable crop as there is a constant demand for this fruit. Anteno is paying for his college education in town with the profits from the bananas. But working and studying is tough as he must work all day under the harsh, debilitating sun, especially in planting season. This is the first loan he requests through MFP. Antenor's goal is to increase his production, so he will invest in purchasing more banana and coffee plantations.
