Nusrat's story

Nusrat, age 37, is a married woman. She deals in a business selling animals. She buys animals (baby goats and calves) at low prices, raises them and then sells them out in the market at higher prices. She makes enough through her business to contribute to the family income. She also sells milk to generate an extra amount of income. She needs to improve her business to bear her household expenses. For this reason, she contacted the Kashf Foundation and applied for a loan of PKR 40,000 in order to purchase more animals. She is very experienced and has good contacts in the market. With this loan, she will definitely expand her business and income level. She is in her 7th loan cycle with good credit history.
