Severina is a widowed mother of five children. She is managing almost four hectares of rice fields. In order to grow her crops well, Severina hires laborers to cultivate her field. Sometimes, she’s not able to pay her laborers on time because of financial constraints.
Severina wishes to have PHP 20,000 to pay her laborers on time. She will also use the loan to buy fertilizers for her crop. Severina hopes to retain her laborers, working and managing her farm well.
