Munezerwe Group's story

Générose is part of the group Munezerwe and lives in Bujumbura. She is a 45-year-old widow and has two children, 15 and 24 years old, of whom one is a student.

Générose has been doing commerce in bananas for ten years.

She is on her first Turame loan. With the KIVA loan she is obtaining, she is going to increase her capital and purchase a large amount of bananas to resell, so as to earn more.
