A loan of $650 helped to repair her barn for her cows.

Mirsada's story

Mirsada was born in 1950. She is a widow and lives alone in Breza, a village in Bosnia. Her husband died recently, so she has not yet begun receiving financial help from the government. Her only income comes from selling milk and milk products from her two cows, so she has been forced to ask her two adult children for financial help.

Mirsada requests a loan of 1,000KM from Women for Women, International to repair the barn for her cows, because it is currently damaged and unsafe.
