Edward decided to start his own business 17 years ago, when he completed his degree in Plastic Arts. He lives with his spouse and his two children, ages 26 and 18, in a neighborhood near the beach in the municipality where his workshop is also located.

Desde hace 17 años, cuando Edward estudió artes Plasticas y terminó su carrera, decidió emprender su propio negocio. El habita con su cónyuge y sus dos hijos en las edades de 26 y 18, en un barrio cerca a las playas del municipio donde tambien se encuentra su taller. Los principales productos de su oferta, son esculturas, mueblería, entre otras artesanias, producto de su inmensa creatividad, que elabora a la medida de las solicitudes de su clientela. Edward vende a crédito y de contado, a una clientela que ha captado desde que inició su negocio y para ellos trabaja durante 12 horas diarias todos los dias. Su meta mas adelante es orghanizar su taller, teniendo empleados y lograr que sus hijos lleguen a ser profesionales. Su mayor desafio es incrementar su clientela y para generar mayor productividad, está aplicando a un credikiva, primer finacimeto que hace a la Fundación mario Santo Domingo, mediante el cual comprará: aluminio, super board y resina. Con esta inversión podrá manejar sus ventas sin solicitar anticipo a su clientela y esto es justamente lo que hace que su negocio mejore.
