Agape 3 Group's story

The group, Agape 3, will begin its sixth cycle with ID-Ghana. The group is made up of three members. The businesses that the members have are varied, among them are: cosmetics, a food joint and seamtress services.

The loan that is being requested will benefit this small group of entrepreneurs, where Aminatu is a member. She mentions that this is the sixth time she has worked with ID-Ghana. She joined because of an invitation from a client of the institution that visited her at her home. Currently she has a business selling cosmetics which she started many years ago. She learned how to sell cosmetics from her mother, and when she got married she decided to use this trade as a way to make money.

The requested loan is to buy cosmetics at wholesale to then sell to customers. This work allows her to generate the means to support her family, as she lives in a common-law marriage and has four children.

When asked what she likes about ID-Ghana, she stated that she likes the life assurance the institution offers.

In this group: Aminatu, Regina, Gifty
