Vilma Leticia's story

Vilma is 36 years old, she is married, and has two dependent children. She lives in the district of Nueva Arica, in the province of Chiclayo in Lambayeque Region – Peru. The population of this district grows cassava, corn and rice. These products are sold in markets in local hamlets and villages.

Vilma makes a living selling small farm animals, but she also started fattening cattle several years ago. She is requesting a loan of 3000 soles from Edpyme Alternativa to increase her business and make arrangements at the corral where she breeds her animals, which will generate more income for her family.
