Everest's story

Everest is a 34 year old Ugandan. He has a wife with whom they have two children aged three and seven with one attending school. They are residents of Busirabo. His main source of income is the sale of locally processed brew from banana juice. He also farms and operates a pork eating area to supplement his meager income so that he can adequately provide for his family. He has applied for a loan of 4,000,000 UGX to buy local brew for sale. He is sure he will get profits because the brew is cheap and therefore affordable for the local people. He is however challenged by limited capital to invest in his business and also price fluctuations. His plans for the future is to construct a good family house. He describes himself as a hardworking and honest person.
