Kwazumdali's story

Kwazumdali is a 19-year-old businesswoman who runs a small shop selling washing soap, cooking oil, flour, sugar, milk, and snacks. She lives in the Lupane District of Zimbabwe, where she also volunteers as an activist campaigning on the importance of education.

With the loan she is requesting from Kiva, she intends to purchase the groceries in bulk so that she can maximize her sales and profits. With the additional profits, she plans to expand her business to create employment for the people of her community.
