Lwanzo's story

Lwanzo is a 20-year-old businesswoman and mother of one, from the Binga district of Zimbabwe. She successfully operates a flea market stall, where she sells various types of clothing. When she is not running her business, Lwanzo volunteers as a Camfed Learner Guide, teaching life skills education at the local school. With the loan she is requesting from Kiva, Lwanzo intends to purchase clothes in bulk to increase sales and profits. With additional profits, she hopes to build her own shop. Then, Lwanzo can expand her business and create jobs for the people of her community.
