A loan of $1,075 helped to buy textiles, thread and needles.

Angela Maria's story

Angela is a micro-entrepreneur who is dedicated and hardworking, her sphere of work is tailoring, providing services to others and directly to clients.

It all started more than 8 years ago when she was working as an employee in a tailoring workshop and through that she learnt the trade; nowadays, at 20 years old, she has her own workshop in which she employs 3 employees directly; she works every day and in this way generates sufficient resources to support her husband with the financial burden of the household.

The loan she is requesting will be invested in buying raw materials such as cloth, thread, needles and lace with the aim of increasing production and getting new contracts which will allow her to continue her micro-enterprise.

Angela dreams of continuing to strengthen her business and having a better level of production every day to create new opportunities of employment and improve the quality of life as much for her family, as for the people who are impacted daily by her work.
