A loan of $750 helped to buy footwear, clothing and blankets.

Sevias's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 47-year-old Sevias from Gweru. He is married with three children; two of them are attending school. He also cares for two other dependents. Sevias runs a retail business selling footwear, clothing and blankets. The business has been in operation for 7 years. He says the main challenge he faces is that most of the time the duty is too high at the border. Sevias has requested a loan of $750 to purchase footwear, clothing, blankets and electrical gadgets. He says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow him to improve general family welfare. In the future, Sevias plans to have ownership of his own boutique shop.
