Elvira Del Socorro's story

Elvira is a 37-year old married woman who has a 7-year old son. Her dream is to see him graduating from college so, after realizing selling silver jewelry and cosmetics was not profitable enough, she decided to start her own small café one year ago. Her view was never limited by the fact that she never attended university and actually that gave her the strength to fight for her son to have the opportunity.

Elvira started off with the savings she had from her previous business of silver and cosmetics, as well as with the support of her husband. Sometimes she also sells food by the order, but a lot of people arrive to her café to eat. This is why she needs a loan to buy tables, chairs, food, glasses, plates and other products that will help her to provide a better service now that a larger food production and a better prepared space will be needed.

Her goal is to keep growing her business and to make improvements to her house.
