A loan of $3,000 helped to pay for his brother’s education.

Majed's story

Majed is a 20-year-old single farmer, growing and selling fruits and vegetables. He dropped out of school and had to work on his farm to support his family. Majed has a brother named Mustafa, who is in his last year of high school. Since Majed's work is seasonal, he always worries about making enough money and saving some of it for his brother’s school expenses. Every year Majed faces the problem of making ends meet at the beginning of the school year to cover the additional expenses for school fees, uniform, books, etc. This loan will allow him to accommodate all these expenses. Majed is requesting a 3,000 USD loan to pay for his brother's tuition fees and other school expenses. Mustafa plans to continue his education at university after finishing high school.

The story of Majed and his brother is just one of the many examples of Izdiharona helping the economic development of clients who are able to get better education. Majed appears with his brother Mustafa in the photo. They preferred to blur their faces for cultural reasons.
