A loan of $600 helped to buy construction materials.

Nicolas Alberto's story

Nicolas is from New Guinea. He works as a mechanic at a nearby uncle’s shop. His wife works for the public sector. Both of them are responsible people, and they are very earnest. They do not yet have children.

He is requesting this loan to buy construction materials in order to build an annex onto his house that is being built. It is not yet ready to inhabit. That is why he very much needs to prepare a place to live provisionally with his wife. They currently live with a relative.

Nicolas has been building his house little by little, part by part, with help from his wife. His biggest ambition for the future is to finish his house in order to have a decent home and to await his children in good living conditions.
