Perlita is a woman who searches for any possible way to obtain a resource that will allow her to feed her family.
A year ago, she began making a living selling groceries . She thanks God and her costumers for this occupation, since the results of these sales have been very rewarding and her products are well-liked.
Based on this success, Perlita asks for a loan to purchase additional products to sell which will allow her to continue to realize her dream which is to grow as an entrepreneur. By the grade of God, she always looks out for the well being of her family.
Gata Daku Multi-Purpose Cooperative (GDMPC) was founded in 1992 by 32 farmer-members to empower people by providing livelihood opportunities and other support services. Today, it has over 15,000 members located in upland, lowland and coastal regions of the Philippines, and offers credit, savings, education, and various social services.
