A loan of $975 helped purchase and sale of generic products.

Améyo's story

Ameyo Y. is married and the mother of one child. She was born on April 24th, 1982, in Baguida, and holds a certificate as Midwife Assistant. To weather through a period of unemployment, she decided to become the source of sale for generic products (medicines) in her community, which has since become her specialty. This was accomplished over the past few years, and an ever increasing demand has made her the main source for these generic products in her area. She has been unable to meet all her customers needs and is therefore requesting a financial loan to allow her to purchase inventory.

This loan will be put to great use, allowing, on one hand, an increase in revenues and on the other hand, providing access for the local population to generic products of basic necessity.
