Housse Group's story

Housse is a group of three people, whose members attend the same church. The leader of the group, Akou Blandine (who has her hand raised in the photo), is 48 years old and married to a man called Alban. They have three children, all of whom go to school at their expense. Akou Blandine and her husband live with their children and share the various household expenses. Akou Blandine has had a business selling kitchen utensils and milk products in a secondary fashion by distribution system for about twenty years. Akou Blandine works with passion, which enables her to provide for herself and her children. She buys her stock at a market in Benin. Hoping to give satisfaction to her customers, Akou Blandine and the other members of the Housse group, request a loan. This credit will enable them to increase their profits.
