A loan of $575 helped to buy three washing machines.

Yefferson's story

Yefferson is 21 years old, he works two businesses. On one side, he makes and sells fast food, the food that you can find he offers includes hot dogs, sausages, hamburgers, meat pies and stuffed potatoes. On the other side to generate other income, he also offers a washing machine rental service, a business that he learned when he was helping a friend from the neighborhood shifting customers' washing machines on his bicycle.

From Monday to Sunday, and from 8 in the morning to 10 at night, Yefferson works hard to achieve a good service with his customers in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. His goal is to grow his business more, buying more washing machines to increase his earnings and to be able to fulfill his challenge of continuing his university education.

Currently Yefferson is applying for a Kiva loan, the first loan he is taking with Fundación Mario Santo Domingo in which he will buy 3 washing machines, and with this, bit by bit he will achieve his immediate and future dreams.
