Kutbiya's story

Kutbiya is 21 years old, unmarried and does not have any children. Kutbiya has a secondary education. She has been practicing farming since childhood. Starting her business with 40,000 som (KGS), she currently has 1 dairy cow with a calf and 20 sheep on her farm. Kutbiya also sows corn every year on her plot of land. She cultivates the land all by herself. She also sells dairy products. Kutbiya's profits from these businesses are around 20,000 som (KGS). For the purpose of the further development of her business, she turned to Microfinance Bank "Bai Tushum." She requested a loan for 45,000 som (KGS) to buy mineral fertilizers and a milk cow. Kutbiya plans to invest the earnings from the loan in the further acquisition of cattle. She also dreams of saving money to throw herself a large and happy wedding reception.
