A loan of $775 helped a member to buy cases of snacks and roasted groundnuts.

Sah 2 Group's story

Sah 2 is a group of four people, who live in the same area. The representative of the group, Mamatou (whose hand is raised in the photo), is 47 years old and is married to a certain Jean. The couple has two children, who go to school and are under their parents' care. Mamatou lives together with her children and her husband. The couple together ensures the various household expenses.

In order to feed her family, Mamatou has been selling snacks and roasted groundnuts from her home for twenty five years. She buys these goods in a Benin market.

This is the third time that Mamatou has sought a loan with Alidé, together with the other members of the Sah 2 group. Their previous loans have all been repaid correctly.

This loan will allow her to increase her cash flow and better satisfy her customers.
