Mirgul's story

Mirgul is 46, married, and raising four children with her spouse. She has a college education and has been raising livestock and planting crops as her family's main source of income since 1996. Thanks to her perseverance, dedication, and hard work, Mirgul currently has one cow, one bull, and one calf. She earns 15,000 som (KGS) per month selling milk and other agricultural products. She applied for a loan of 55,000 som (KGS) with Bai-Tushum Bank to purchase cows and build a barn. Mirgul intends to expand her business, which will undoubtedly lead to more money for her family. She wants to use her profits to pay for her son's wedding.
