A loan of $325 helped to buy palm oil and lemon juice from the south of the country to resell.

Donatien's story

Donatien, who is 29 years old, has been a security guard for the past five years. With a view to diversifying his income sources, he engaged in the selling of palm oil and lemon juice. He began this activity in 2012, but because he does not have enough time, his sister goes to get the merchandise for him from the south. With this loan, he will be able to buy 40 liters of lemon juice and 40 liters of palm oil to resell to his customers and other potential customers.

Donatien rents a room from a woman in his district who lodges him and also pays her to feed him. His dreams is to build his own house and open a bar to run himself.
