Tiene un pequeño hijo quien es su mayor motivación para salir adelante y por quien se esfuerza al máximo para poder brindarle un futuro mejor.
Desde hace varios años trabaja en una empresa de ferretería y le va muy bien porque es muy responsable, trabajador, siempre laborando con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación porque quiere darle lo mejor a su hijo.
Yair está agradecido con los prestamistas Kiva porque con el apoyo que le han brindado podrá comprarse una moto para poder trasladarse de su casa a su trabajo. De esta manera podrá salir adelante y seguir luchando por su familia.
