She, along with the other nine women from her village, created a Self Help group named "Maa Bhairavi Shg" and Chandini is the President of this group. In the picture, the lady standing with her hand raised is Chandini. The group is made up of members having the purpose of helping and supporting each other in their business activities and in their personal lives. All the group members are engaged in different activities like selling cow's milk, selling flowers, selling vegetables, etc.

Chandini lives with her parents-in-law, husband and her two children. Her husband is a daily laborer and sometimes he helps in Chandini's business activities. Chandini and her husband both take on all the family's responsibilities. Chandini has a dream of making a house for her family and educating her children. Chandini, along with her group members, has requested a loan of 150,000 INR. Chandini will use her portion to purchase more goat kids for her animal raising business.
