A loan of $325 helped to buy baby chicks.

Rocio Marleny's story

Rocio is a member of the Legioncito Community Bank.
She is 30 years old, lives with her partner, and has a son. She sells chicks for people to raise, as well as coca leaves which she buys from the national coca leaf producer where she has an account. The baby chicks are bought from farms and then sold at various local markets from which she also buys cheeses and meat to sell in stores and from door-to-door.
Rocio needs a loan of 1000 soles to buy baby chicks.
Her dreams are to own her own house, to educate her son well, and to improve her business.
