Yegana's story

Yegana is 35 years old and a widow. Yegana lives with her son and parents in the Agdash region. When she was 13, she started to learn to work in agriculture. Her parents taught her to grow fruits and vegetables, since it was their only source of income. She has been growing vegetables and fruits for more than six years now. She sells her crops in the central bazaar to make profits in order to support her family. Yegana’s income from her business is 120 AZN. In order to increase the living conditions of her family, she plans to expand her business. She needs an 800 AZN loan to buy fertilizers, and fruit trees.

Yegana believes in the near future her son will help her to expand the business. Since the vegetable and fruits business is profitable and a fun business, she wants the business to continue and prosper.
