Aida's Group's story

This group was created in 2011 and includes members living in the same village whose main activity is agriculture.

Fatou, who is standing on the far left of the photo, is the person responsible for the group. She is married and the mother of seven children including four boys.

She is on her second loan with our institution, and intends to use this loan to buy groundnut seeds for 30,000 francs and millet seeds for 25,000 francs, in preparation for the winter campaign.

Her aim is to cover her children's healthcare costs, increase her savings and contribute towards the family budget.
