Olga, 48 years old, is a native of this community, built her house on the property where her parents live, and studied through high school. Her husband works driving inter-city buses. She started her business 9 years ago with financial support from her parents. She sells ​​carbonated drinks and staples. She opens her business at 5:00 am and closes it at 10:00 pm. It is located in a strategic location on the main street of the community and outside the house where more than 30 people de-cream milk and that they later take home to finish processing.
