A loan helped a member to buy rice, cocoa and beans to sell.

Bundikeki Farmers Sacco Ltd Group's story

Top, whose hand is raised in the group, is a 37-year-old woman, living in Bundibugyo, Uganda. When Top realized that there were small savings from her cocoa garden, she opted to use her small savings to start a food produce business, selling rice and beans to earn more daily income. She wants to see her children attain the best education, and to expand her business to a big store. She is challenged by poor seasonal changes for her cocoa growing. She is requesting a loan to buy rice, cocoa, and beans for selling.

The extra people in the photo are children of the group members.
