A loan of $1,600 helped to buy pigs to fatten.

Angela Maria's story

Ángela is a tenacious dreamer, and she is a farmer. With her work and effort she managed to establish a business of raising pigs. She did this to be able to help her husband with the household expenses. Her large family, which is comprised of four children, requires expenses. She also wants to be able to give the four of them a good education so that they can forge their own future. Because she wants to expand her house and her business, she is requesting a loan to buy pigs to fatten. She will sell them and get capital to start with this project of expanding her business. She will do this so that she is able to accommodate a greater number of pigs and distribute her pigs to all of the butcher shops in the area.
