A loan of $375 helped to purchase inputs (fertilizers and pesticides) for the plantation's maintenance.

Nahum's story

Nahum is a young entrepreneur, he is 25 years old, single, and lives in San Martin alongside his family. For more than 5 years he has made a living from agriculture, cultivating mainly cacao, grapes, and beans. He is doing very well because he is a very responsible, hardworking person, and because he takes good care of his crops to obtain products of an excellent quality.

Nahum is grateful to the Kiva lenders because with the support that they have given him, he will be able to purchase inputs like fertilizers and pesticides to be able to give maintenance to the plants. That way, at the end of the crop season he will obtain products of greater quality, with which he will increase his sales.
