Rosa's story

Rosa is 56 years old. She is married and lives with her family in her own house, which has public services (water and light), in the village of Pampa Flores, 30 minutes from Morropon. Its people work in agriculture, commerce, and livestock raising. It is located in the province of the same name, which belongs to the Piura region on the northern coast of Peru.

She has been raising small animals, as well as selling bananas and basic grains such as rice and soy, for eight years. She has applied to Edpyme Alternativa for a loan of 1500 PEN to purchase compost to maintain her planting of rice and in this way to have a propitious production to offer her customers and to generate greater income for her family.
