A loan of $3,200 helped a member to buy t-shirts, shirts, trousers and other items to sell.

Encarnacion Group's story

The Encarnación Group is in its 7th loan cycle with the Committee of Women Entrepreneurs program, where they all work together and help each other get ahead. Teresa is one of the members and the Director General of the Committee. She earns a living by selling clothing and also works as an employee in the private sector. Thanks to these jobs, she has been able to get ahead and ensure the well being of her home. Her husband also works, and thus contributes income to the household.

Teresa is requesting this loan to buy general merchandise to sell, such as t-shirts, shirts, trousers and other articles, so that she can continue with her work as she has been doing to date. She is grateful for this opportunity, which will be very helpful in allowing her to continue her work.
