A loan of $3,000 helped to pay for three calves, two pigs and forage for the livestock.

Siramarg's story

Siramarg lives in the village of Gandzaqar, which is in the Tavush region. She lives with her husband.

Both Siramarg and her husband are self-employed. They are engaged in farming and agriculture. On their farm, they have a lot of animals, and it is the only source of income for their family. They have five cows, four calves, and chickens. Near their house, they have a small plot of land where they cultivate potato, haricot and corn. All the income that they earn from farming they use first for their family's expenses. The requested loan of USD 3,000 will be a big help for Siramarg to purchase three calves, two pigs and forage for the livestock.

She hopes very much that Kiva will support her and help her to better her family's poor living conditions.
