A loan helped to buy a stock of thread in different colors along with buttons, laces, and packs of zippers.

Abida's story

Abida, age 42, helps to support her family by offering tailoring services to her neighbors and members of her local community. She is the hard-working mother of seven children. She has been engaged in this work for many years and is well-versed in stitching techniques. She earns enough to help her family lead a decent life.

To help her continue operations of her business, Abida has requested a loan in the amount of 45,000 PKR to buy a stock of thread in different colors along with buttons, laces, and packs of zippers. This investment will help her to meet with the increasing demand of her customers.

In addition to repaying the loan, she will use part of her increased revenues to deal with the family's personal expenses.
