Greda Group's story

These members are part of the group called Greda which is composed of two persons who are friends residing in the same area. The group representative, Afi, is the one standing on the left in the photograph. She is 37 years old and a single mother of one child. She ensures that her household expenses are covered. She stopped going to school at the elementary level.

To meet her needs and those of her child, Afi sells groceries, charcoal, wooden doors, chairs and nails. She has been operating her business for nearly four years. She gets her supplies from a market in Accra.

This fourth loan will surely enable Afi and her friend Honu to boost their businesses and increase their customer base, as well as their revenues.
