Girimpundu Group's story

Moses is part of the Girimpundu group and lives in Cibitoke. He is 34 years old and is married to Anne Marie, a shopkeeper. Together they have four children aged one to twelve years, including three who attend school. He has been trading industrial beer and lemonade for the past eight years. He is on his second credit loan with Turame. With the KIVA loan, he will increase his working capital and buy many cases of beer and lemonade to sell, to earn more. In coming years, he would like to buy plots of land and see his children study.
