A loan of $800 helped to buy two cows.

Gladys Oneyda's story

Gladys is a very enterprising person. She lives with her children and her husband in a community in the south of Honduras. Her business has been buying and selling cattle for more than six years.

Gladys needs the loan to buy two cows. She hopes to increase her sales with the loan because she'll have more fresh capital and products to offer the customers, so she'll cover her needs. She also expects to improve her economic situation with this investment.

She hopes that in three years her business will be positioned with her customers and well known in her area so she can keep on supporting her family to become respectable people in society.
