Reynaldo is 36 years old and livest in a neighborhood called North Laureles in the capital city of Managua. His wife has eight children, all who live under his roof and help him with his work. Their ages are 7, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 20, and they are in school. Reynaldo's business buys and sells scrap metal, and he has 10 years of experience in sales that began when he sold some land properties he had, and with it he bought a truck to carry out his work. His wife does the buying of the metals to help make headway for the family since it is quite large and there are a lot of expenses. He is requesting the loan to invest in the purchase scrap metal in the county of Boaco and its communities, which have a good amount of product, and then sell it in Managua. His long term goal is to be able to purchase another truck so he can take in more metal and have more profits, and provide for his children's education so they can be productive members of society.
