A loan of $775 helped to buy cosmetics and clothing for both men and women for her business.

Yasmin Esperanza's story

Yasmin Esperanza is a single mother with two small children. She has worked in sales for 19 years. Her current business is selling cosmetics in one of the markets in the city of León. She starts selling her products to her customers at 6 a.m. and works through until 5 p.m. She works this schedule Monday to Sunday, making one trip per week to Managua to buy her products. She uses the money she earns to support her children.

Yasmin Esperanza is requesting this loan from CEPRODEL to increase the size of her inventory. She will buy general cosmetics and clothing for both men and women. She hopes to increase her sales by selling higher-quality products, which will allow her to increase her income and improve her family's standard of living.
