Living in a thatched roof house in a rural village in the Kandal Stoeng district of Kandal province, Thach is 60 years old and married. She and her husband have four children. She and her husband have earned a living through farming rice for 27 years. She supplements her income by working as a garment worker. With her current business, she is able to earn approximately 27,000 KHR per day to support her family.
Thach has been with VisionFund for three cycles and completely paid back the past loans. Now she is asking for a new loan to buy fertilizers for her farmland. She hopes to make more income from her current business.
