A loan of $550 helped to buy gas cylinders.

Amira Matilde's story

Amiria used to work as a lab technician, but decided to resign so she could care for her children, so her husband recommended that she work on her own selling gas.

She bought her first cylinders with the few savings she had, so she could sell them in the town of Sincelejo. Today she has garnered the fruits of her effort and dedication and she has a large demand for her cylinders. She has not been able to cover all the orders, so she is asking for a loan to buy a larger inventory so she can cover the demand.

This loan will allow her to capitalize her business and offer her product to the people in her area in a more opportune way. Most of her customers live in the surrounding areas and must travel a long way to buy gas.
