A loan of $2,250 helped a member to buy two tarps for her cargo transport business.

Ebennencer Group's story

In a community in the State of Oaxaca, there are six hardworking women who formed a group under the name “Ebennencer”. Each member is devoted to a different productive business activity.

• Graciela sells shoes through catalogs.
• Claudia sells perfumes.
• Celia sells Omnilife products.
• Eluteria raises and sells pigs.
• Maria Del Rosario sells street food.

Doña Cidronia has devoted 25 years of her life along with her husband in providing cargo and moving services. Her business helps other people move and transport household furniture. This business generates favorable income that allows her to take care of the household expenses and those of her children so that they can have a better quality of life. The loan she is requesting will be used to buy two tarps for covering the belongings of customers who request her service. The tarps will protect the cargo, as well as the service vehicle, during the upcoming rainy season.

Cidronia appreciates the assistance that has been offered and will continue to work hard on behalf of her family.
