The communal bank group "Siempre Alegres" [Always Cheerful] begins their fifth cycle in Pro Mujer as part of the Focal Center of Patacamaya. It is composed of 12 members, headed by a board of which Dominga is President. Business that the members of the community association carry out are varied and include selling potatoes and potato flour, selling pigs, selling sheep, selling cattle, and food sales.
A loan is a great benefit for small microentrepreneurs like Dominga. She entered Pro Mujer two years ago on the invitation of a promoter of the institution who makes home visits. Today, she has a business selling food. She says that she began this business on her own initiative upon observing her neighbors' needs to have a space for the the consumption of food.
The loan will now bring her a capital increase to buy vegetables wholesale. She will buy wholesale in the city of El Alto and then take it to market in her retail space. This way of working allows her to generate resources to support her family as she is married and has 4 children.
When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, Dominga replies that she likes the training offered by the institution.

La A.C. “SIEMPRE ALEGRES” iniciará el quinto ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Patacamaya, está compuesta por doce integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Dominga es la Presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: venta de papa y chuño, venta de ganado porcino, venta de ganado ovino, venta de ganado vacuno, venta de comida.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Dominga es integrante, ella indica que hace dos años que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por la invitación de un promotor de la institución que fue a visitarle a su casa. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de comida; da a conocer que este negocio lo emprendió por iniciativa propia al observar la necesidad de los vecinos de contar con un espacio de consumo de comida.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de verduras por mayor) que adquirirá de las vendedoras mayoristas de la ciudad de El Alto y posteriormente a la elaboración lo comercializará en su espacio de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para apoyar a su familia, ya que ella es casada y tiene cuatro hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta la capacitación que ofrece la institución.
